About Us
Ricardo C Nicolas is the Founder and C.E.O. of Marvelous Barber School, LLC. Mr. Nicolas attended Cain's Barber College in Chicago, Illinois for his Barber and Barber Teacher Licenses. Over the past 7 years Mr. Nicolas has trained over 500 successful professional barbers in the lake county area and beyond.
Our Vision
Our vison is to provide the absolute best practical barber training program in Illinois, we further vision to train our students like athletes preparing for gold metals to insure our students develop a passion for the art of hair cutting, fading, shaving, styling and designs.

Marvelous Barber School offers the State of Illinois minimum required 1500-Hour Barber Program Within which students are required to complete one thousand various barber services in practice before graduation.
Our 1500/1000 consist of Practical and Theory, a well balance of practical/ hands on training with state board focused class-room to insure our students success.
What We Do
Marvelous Barber School believes in the most effective teaching technique meaning repetition, repetition, repetitions. For example, on average our students perform between up 1000 hair-cutting barber-related services.
We believe repetition is the mother of skills that is why 100% of our graduates are currently working as full-time barbers.
